Junior Lawyers Division, the community for solicitor apprentices, LPC students, LPC graduates, trainee solicitors and solicitors up to five years' qualified.

You are automatically a member of the national Junior Lawyers Division (JLD) of the Law Society if you are:

  • a trainee solicitor

  • a solicitor apprentice

  • an LPC student or graduate

  • a solicitor with up to five years' post-qualification experience (PQE)

 

The national JLD, supported by the independent local groups like us here at the SHJLD, represent and support junior lawyers at the start of their careers, helping them develop, and progress in the profession. More details can be found on their page on www.lawsociety.org.uk/topics/junior-lawyers/ .
